YJD-A/B series unloading device, also known as electric ash unloading valve and electric gas lock valve, is composed of two parts: motor, tooth difference planetary reducer (X) or needle wheel cycloid reducer (Z) and rotary dragon unloader. There are two series and 60 specifications.
Inlet and outlet flanges are type A for square ones and type B for round ones.
The device is the main equipment for dust removal, transportation, ash discharge, wind lock and other equipment feeding, suitable for powdery materials and granular materials. The installation size is consistent with all kinds of dust collectors, and it is widely used in environmental protection, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, chemical industry and other industrial departments.
According to the needs of users can be configured with special motor, such as explosion-proof, frequency regulation, speed regulation, marine motors, etc., to the special requirements of users. In terms of material, special processing can also be carried out according to user needs, such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stainless steel, flexible blades, explosion-proof impellers, etc.
