Due to the inertia, the coarse particle dust in the gas flows directly into the ash hopper, the rest of the dust is filtered through the filter bag with the air flow, and is blocked in the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper box by the filter bag mouth, and then is discharged by the outlet. With the extension of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the cleaning device begins to clean the ash.
2. structure and composition
The pulse dust collector is mainly composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box, filter bag, pulse valve, lifting valve, ash discharge system and other parts. Among them, the upper, middle and lower boxes are divided chamber structures, and the filter bag is installed in the filter bag filter area of the box. Pulse valves and lift valves are used to control the ash removal process, and the ash removal system is responsible for discharging the ash from the body.
