Introduction

The basic structure is composed of dust removal box, centrifugal fan, filter bag (filter cartridge), dust collector and microcomputer controller, etc. The dust is sucked inside the dust collector box by the negative pressure of the fan through the dust suction pipe, the use of gravity and updraft, the coarse particle dust is initially filtered by the filter and directly dropped to the dust collector, and the fine dust is captured by the filter on the outer surface. Clean gas is filtered, decomposed and purified by the filter element into the clean room, and then discharged from the outlet by the fan. The whole process of dust removal and filtration is the result of comprehensive effects such as gravity, inertial force, collision, electrostatic adsorption and screening.

Working principle
DMC pulse single machine dust collector is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box and other parts, the upper, middle and lower box are divided chamber structure. When working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet air duct, the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, the fine dust particles enter the middle and lower box with the airflow turning point, the dust accumulation is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag, the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection tube - exhaust air duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to cut off the clean air outlet duct of the chamber first, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state of no air flow through (separate chamber stop air cleaning). Then the pulse valve is opened and the compressed air is used to pulse the ash cleaning. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust removed from the filter bag after the injection is settled to the ash hopper, avoiding the phenomenon that the dust is separated from the surface of the filter bag and then attached to the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the air flow, so that the filter bag is cleaned thoroughly. The exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully controlled by programmable pulse controller.

The filter bag keel adopts polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and is easy to unload the bag.
4. The upper part of the bag is pumped. After the skeleton is extracted during bag changing, the dirty bag is put into the ash bucket at the lower part of the box and taken out by the manhole to improve the operating conditions of bag changing.
