Working principle
Dust enters the dust collector through the dust suction cover, flow control valve, and dust removal pipeline, and separates gas-solid and gas-liquid through the plastic burning filter plate, and the purified air enters the air inlet of the fan from the upper box. The dust attached to the surface of the plastic burning plate is blown back by the compressed air through the pulse valve, and the dust cleaning control can be selected to work according to time, pressure difference or mixing, and the dust enters the ash hopper under the dust collector body. The bottom of the ash bucket of the single dust collector body is equipped with a screw conveyor, an ash discharge valve, and an ash discharge port. The dust passes through the screw conveyor and the ash unloading port of the ash unloading valve.
