Introduction

Working mechanism
Filtration principle
The dust-containing gas in the long bag low pressure pulse dust collector enters from the air inlet, and when it passes through the ash hopper, part of the large particles of dust in the gas are separated by the inertia force and fall directly into the ash hopper. After passing through the ash hopper, the dusty gas enters the filter area of the filter bag of the box body, the gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is prevented from remaining on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag port, and then passes through the air outlet.
Cleaning principle
With the extension of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate thickly, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the dust removal device begins to clean the dust. When the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, the compressed air moves rapidly in the upper box in a very short time, and the filter bag deforms and vibrates, and under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped and falls into the ash bucket. After cleaning, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, and the chamber returns to the normal filtration state. Cleaning each chamber is carried out in turn, and it is a cleaning cycle from the first chamber cleaning to the next cleaning.
Dust collection
The dust cut off by filtration and dust cleaning work falls into the ash bucket, and passes through the plug-in valve, air-controlled dust discharge valve, and the ash bucket. Then the conveyor centrally transported out.
