Working mechanism
After the dust and waste gas enter the inlet of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the effect of the airflow distribution plate, the wind speed drops suddenly, and some particles in the airflow collide with each other under the action of wind force and inertia force, and naturally settle to the bottom ash collector; Dust particles with fine particle size and low density are deposited on the outer surface of the flat cloth bag filter material through the combination effect of diffusion and sifting, and are blocked. Clean gas penetrates the filter material and enters the clean room through the exhaust pipe through the fan. The resistance of the filter element bag increases with the thickness of the dust accumulation layer on the surface of the filter material. Injection control can be divided into differential pressure control, timing control, manual control. For example, differential pressure control: when the resistance reaches a certain set value, the digital differential pressure instrument excites the pulse controller or PLC control program to automatically judge the data after receiving the feedback, issue instructions to carry out chain execution actions, and automatically open and close the valve. At this time, the pulse power supply is instantly connected, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air with a pressure of more than 4 kilograms is instantly injected into the cloth bag through the injection pipe, resulting in vibration. Under the action of the high-pressure pulse airflow, the dust attached to the cloth bag The dust on the outer surface is swept away and falls into the dust collection box of the dust hopper at the bottom of the dust collector to collect the dust. After dust cleaning, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, and after the dust is removed on the outer surface of the filter material, the resistance becomes small, the filter material is regenerated, and the function of intercepting dust is restored again. When the resistance rises, it will automatically circulate the dust cleaning and regeneration work again.
