Working principle

Dry pulse dust collector for blast furnace gas adopts off-line dust cleaning in separate chambers, and dust filter bags are evenly distributed according to each chamber and each group. With the continuous filtration process, the stratified dust on the outside of the filter bag gradually increases, so that the dust removal resistance increases. When the resistance rises to the set range, the dust removal control system (PC) sends out. First, close the switching valve and open the pulse valve, and the compressed air sprays airflow to each filter bag through the nozzle, so that the filter bag is deformed and shocked, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning ash. After the dust cleaning is over, the switching battlement valve is opened again, and the dust collector enters the filtration state again, without interfering with each other, realizing continuous operation and improving the dust cleaning effect.
